Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of running a successful restaurant, specifically to:
- Achieve profitability through increasing sales and monitoring costs
- Motivate front-of-house staff to increase sales and standards, while upholding our customer service philosophies
- Maintain environmental standards
