Donation Request from Cactus Club for Community and Charitable Events

Cactus Club Cafe is pleased to support our local communities. We understand that each and every request we receive is truly meaningful and supports a wonderful cause.

Due to the nature of our business, Cactus Club receives an extreme number of requests for donations. The following procedure has been created to make the process fair to all, while satisfying the needs of our local communities.

Every month, Cactus Club will hold a lottery draw, whereby a predetermined number of donations will be awarded. All requests must be emailed to donations@cactusclubcafe.com.

Requests must be on official letterhead with a letter describing the event. Please include a contact name, phone number and/or email address and date of your event.

Please do not contact our Restaurants directly.

Charity Lottery: January-December 2010

For local community fundraisers (schools, clubs etc.): (8) $50 Gift Cards will be donated

For Charitable Events: (8) $50 Gift Cards will be donated

* Deadline for requests each month must be submitted by the 20th of each month.
