British Columbia Hospitality Industry’s Fourth Annual Sterling Service Awards Honour Staff from Cactus Club Cafe

Cactus Club Cafe is pleased to announce three of their staff members were honoured with five Sterling Service awards this past week at a gala ceremony during the BC Hospitality Industry Conference & Exposition. The prestigious awards, hosted by the British Columbia & Yukon Hotels’ Association (BCYHA), the Alliance of Beverage Licensees (ABLE) and the BC Restaurant and Foodservices Association (BCRFA) recognize outstanding achievements by individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty and are credited by the organization for finding future leaders in British Columbia’s hospitality industry.

“One of the things we are most proud of at Cactus is the important role that our entire team plays in creating exceptional customer experiences,” says Director of Operations, Andrew Latchford. “This recognition is really a public testament to their commitment and dedication to their careers, Cactus Club, and to the hospitality industry.”
