We don’t just think he is the best: Nigel was voted Best Bartender in BC and Best Bartender in Vancouver by the BC hospitality industry and has been featured on lunch television doing martini demonstrations. He has worked for Cactus Club for around 11 years and has worked at over 10 of our locations during that time! His favorite location to work at was Edmonton because of the excitement of opening in a new market.
Nigel’s favorite part of his job is conversing, laughing and interacting with customers. You can catch up with Nigel these days at our Bentall location in Vancouver. His inspiration for this drink was simple: “this Spanish cocktail has always been a favorite of mine and I just wanted to share that with my Cactus Club customers, but with a Cactus spin on it.”
