Yesterday on Tuesday, May 4th (also known as Star Wars Day) we launched a new wine list with 12 great new wines for our guests to try. Each and every Wednesday over the next couple weeks I am going to give a little background on each of the wines. This week is Bollini (not Bellini!) Pinot Grigio.
About Bollini Vineyards:
Millions of years ago, melting glaciers wove diverse minerals into the alpine foothills of Northeastern Italy, endowing them with the “elixir of life”. Its magic endures to this day firmly rooted in the soil, captured in the fruits of the Bollini vineyards. Bollini therefore is about nature and passion. Its story began in 1979, when the husband and wife team of Neil and Maria started the winery as an expression of their love and respect for fine Italian viniculture. Here is their website.
