Rob Feenie to compete at Gold Medal Plates finale
This upcoming weekend, February 10-11, Chef Feenie and his team of Cactus Club Cafe chefs will be representing British Columbia and competing in the prestigious Gold Medal Plates Finale in Kelowna BC. The Gold Medal Plates is the ultimate celebration of Canadian cuisine and helps raise funds for Canada’s high performance athletes. After winning Gold at the Vancouver Gold Medal Plates competition, the Cactus team has been hard at work in the Test Kitchen in preparation for the National Championship cook-off. Good luck to Chef Feenie and the chefs, who will hopefully be bringing home another Gold Plate in front of the home crowd for Cactus Club!
