Jasper Avenue marks 25 locations in 25 years

Situated in the heart of downtown Edmonton, this stunning location is the 25th restaurant for the award-winning restaurant collection renowned for its addictive flavour profiles, upscale service and sophisticated design.

The menu at Cactus Club Cafe Jasper Avenue is designed by Chef Rob Feenie, one of Canada’s most celebrated chefs and its first Iron Chef America champion. Chef Feenie leads Cactus’ talented culinary team to create a menu which features exciting new dishes as well as classic offerings.
The menu at Cactus Club Cafe Jasper Avenue is globally inspired featuring fresh, sustainable, and wherever possible, local ingredients. New menu items include: the spaghettini with Kobe-style meatballs, topped with a rich roasted tomato sauce, truffle mushroom cream and fresh ricotta cheese, two signature curry entrees, the roasted lamb pops, served with Yukon gold potatoes, and the Bengal chicken curry, served with almond rice, and tuna sushi cones with spicy Ocean Wise™ albacore tuna, wrapped in delicate soy paper with avocado, cucumber and pickled ginger. Guests can also enjoy Rob Feenie classic dishes including the tuna tataki, double-braised pineapple hoisin short rib and soy-dijon salmon.
The restaurant features 8,700 square feet of casually chic ambience, including original artwork by Tony Baker, an Edmonton artist, Graham Gillmore, Brent Comber and Andy Warhol including his ‘Wayne Gretzky #99’ original signed trial proofs. The location also highlights signature light installations by Poul Henningsen (Louis Poulsen Artichoke lights) and Omer Arbel (Bocci 14 Pendants).
With 268 seats, including a private dining room, plus a 100 seat seasonal patio, Cactus Club Cafe Jasper Avenue is poised to be Edmonton’s newest dining hot spot.
