Private Event Details and Facts
We require a minimum spend for large party reservations and events in lieu of a rental fee. All minimums are based on the time, space required, and type of event. Minimums do not include applicable taxes and service charge (18%).
Menus may be subject to seasonal changes and availability. For events requesting a sit-down dinner, we provide custom set menus or our a la carte menu options to accommodate your budget and create a seamless dining experience. Guests are required to select from our set menu options at least 10 days prior to the event.
Cactus Club Cafe takes allergies seriously. Guests should inform the Events Manager of any allergy concerns at the time of booking. Modifications for allergies will be accommodated with advance notice. For extra precaution, we ask that any guest(s) with allergies and/or dietary restrictions inform the server(s) or manager(s) hosting your group of their allergies and/or dietary restrictions at the time of the event.
Due to the high volume of event requests, we are not obligated to hold our private dining room should we not receive a signed Event Contract or Credit Card information for deposit within the deadline given ($500 deposit will only be charged should the group cancel within 72 hours of the event date). If your event grows beyond the maximum capacity for our private dining room, an alternate space may not be available to accommodate the increase.
