Private Event Details and Facts
We require a minimum spend for large party reservations and events in lieu of a rental fee. All minimums are based on the number of guests, time, space and date of the event. Minimums do not include applicable taxes and service charge (18%).
We have a variety of menu options that are tailored to both seated dinner events and cocktail style receptions.
Cactus Club Cafe takes allergies seriously. Guests should inform the Events Manager of any allergy concerns at the time of booking. Modifications for dietary restrictions will be accommodated with advance notice.
Due to the high volume of event requests, we are not obligated to hold our private dining room should we not receive a signed Event Contract or Credit Card information for deposit within the deadline given. The $300 deposit will only be charged should the group cancel within 72 hours of the event date. If your event grows beyond the maximum capacity for our private dining room, an alternate space may not be available to accommodate the increase.
