Large Party FAQs

DETAILS AND FACTS

We require a minimum spend for large party reservations and events in lieu of a rental fee. All minimums are based on the number of guests, time, space and date of the event. Minimums do not include applicable taxes and service charge (18%).

MENUS

Menus may be subject to seasonal changes and availability. We provide a variety of custom set menus to choose from to create a seamless dining experience. All menus must be selected at least 10 days prior to the event.

ALLERGIES

Cactus Club Cafe takes allergies seriously. Guests should inform the Events Manager of any allergy concerns at the time of booking. Modifications for dietary restrictions will be accommodated with advance notice.

DEPOSIT

Due to the high volume of event requests, we are unable to hold any space for functions and are not obligated in any way until we have received a fully completed and signed Event Contract, processed the deposit and confirmed with our guest that the event has been booked. If your event grows beyond the contracted number of guests, an alternate space may not be available to accommodate the increase.
