We believe that the food is what gives a restaurant staying power. We travel the world to bring our guests an innovative and globally inspired menu. By pairing unmatched quality with addictive flavours, our goal is to offer tastes for every lifestyle.

We are proud to serve only the highest quality ingredients available. All of our seafood is bought fresh and locally, and is guaranteed ocean-friendly and ecologically sustainable by OceanWise and the Vancouver Aquarium. We are the largest restaurant group in North America to be recognized by the OceanWise program. We serve only fresh grain-fed Alberta Certified Angus beef, which is hand selected from the top percentile of beef in Western Canada. We are pleased to support local suppliers and merchants whenever possible.

Our Ash Street restaurant is home to our state-of-the-art Test Kitchen, where our Product Development Chefs work to create new and exciting menu items to keep our menu ahead of the curve. It takes hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to perfect just one new item - stop by the Ash restaurant any time to sample our newest creations.
