Diversity & Inclusion
We champion diversity and inclusion for everyone in our restaurants, fostering a culture of belonging that empowers our people to excel and strengthens our organization. Our team members receive diversity and inclusion training from accredited providers.
Education
We foster talent development through multi-year leadership programs, an annual educational allowance for salaried employees and culinary scholarships at George Brown College, Vancouver Community College and SAIT. Our chefs also train emerging culinary talent via Cactus-hosted events and competitions.
Giving Back
We work with charities across the country, fundraising for partners including Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society’s Camp Goodtimes and Camp Oochigeas. We also empower our restaurants to support causes of their choice, delivering meaningful impact in our local communities.
Charitable Gift
Card Lottery
We run a monthly Gift Card Lottery to support the many charitable causes our guests champion. Guests can apply to enter the lottery for a chance to win Cactus gift cards for their fundraising efforts.
